Why we are different
First you need to give us a call or fill in our Quick Online Test. Once we receive this back, we will assess your Payment Protection Policies to establish whether you may have a potential claim. We will then do the hard work for you.

We aim to secure compensation within 3 months and usually do, however sometimes this may take up to 6 months.

Once your claim is submitted the lender has 4 weeks to acknowledge your claim. The bank will then investigate the issues we have raised with regards to the sale of PPI. This will take between 4-8 Weeks.The bank will issue its final decision on our claim.

We will advise you at each stage so that you always know where we are with your claim. If necessary, we will approach the Financial Ombudsman Service for a review.
